College of Disney Knowledge
I have been a full-time travel arranger of magical Disney vacations since 1985 and I feel as though I know the Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line inside-out, as I have experienced them all many times! I complete the College of Disney Knowledge every three-four years and constantly strive to experience all things Disney as often as possible, most recently Walt Disney World in January 2023. I will also be sailing on Disney's newest cruise ship, the Disney Wish in September 2023!
Walt Disney World Resort is exceptionally magical during the holidays, spring time during the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, and in the fall for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. And don't forget: "TRON Lightcycle / Run" at the Magic Kingdom just opened in April '23 - you won't want to miss it! Navigating all that Disney has to offer can be overwhelming - I'm here to help!

I also love to help with other cruises, both ocean and river, and I am an Avalon Waterways Specialist, and completed the Travel Agent Academy training through Viking River Cruises. Cruises are also a huge part of what I do, and I always enjoy helping everyone from highly frequent cruisers to first-timers. I am 'Freestyle Certified' with Norwegian Cruise Line, and a Princess Cruise Line Commodore.
My favorite domestic destinations include San Diego, Charleston SC, New Orleans, Savannah GA, the Florida coasts, the Boston/New England area, and Alaska.

Walt Disney World
Of all my favorite places to visit, Walt Disney World, especially EPCOT in the fall, is top of the list. I've been to the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival many times, most recently in October of 2018. I adore trying all the different food and beverage options in World Showcase: beer cheese soup in Canada, creme brulee in France, Riesling in Germany, and Chianti in Italy, just to name a few!

Lisa is phenomenal! We've been using her since 2007! Lisa is one of the most knowledgeable Disney reps I know, and is always willing to find that reservation that we don't have time to try and get. There's a reason my wife refer to get as Lisa "Super Travel Agent"! That's even how she's listed in my phone!!

The Best Trip of our Lives!
We have worked with Lisa for many years. She is amazing-- knowledgeable, highly organized, and pays close attention to details. Lisa always does whatever is needed to make our trips the best they can be and is a delight to work with as it is a team effort. She is truly a professional and an asset to Travel Leaders. Our latest trip to Africa was beyond belief and Lisa helped us every step of the way. Everyone needs to travel to Africa!
